Cancellation policy
All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 30 April 2026.
From 1 May 2026 onwards, registered delegates who are unable to attend may nominate a substitute. All substitutions must be communicated in writing and approved by the organisers in advance of the event.
Delegates who cancel after this date will remain liable for the full registration fee and will be invoiced accordingly.
Visa exception
Where registration has been paid and you can provide proof that your visa application has not been approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) before 19 June 2026, a refund may be considered upon submission of official documentation confirming the visa denial.
Please note:
All approved refunds will be subject to applicable administrative fees and bank transfer charges.
Payments made by credit card are non-refundable with respect to transaction fees.
