Early Bird registration ends 19 December 2025.
Early Bird pricing – offering price packages at up to a 30% discount - is on offer until 19 December 2025. As part of the Early Bird pricing, additional discounts are also available to certain delegates based on certain criteria. The registration site will guide you through the questions which will determine your eligibility. After 19 December 2025, the Standard Rate will apply for all registrations.

The ‘special’ Early Bird rate applies to:
any young YMCA person under 30 from anywhere in the world.
any YMCA person from a country listed under Groups 2 and 3 of the World YMCA Travel Subsidy Policy.
any voting delegate whose National Movement cannot afford to pay the full Early Bird registration fee to send him/her to Toronto.
any member of the World Federation of YMCA Retirees who cannot afford to pay the full Early Bird registration fee.

Choose which official sessions you’d like to attend and take part in exclusive activities crafted just for you. All meals will be shared in the main the main dining room used by Conference delegates.
This rate includes all meals, excursions, social activities, and programme attendance. We offer a room with one bed for two people:

All meals from Dinner on Sunday 19 July 2026 through to the final Dinner on Friday 24 July 2026
Transport from the airport to Toronto city centre
Up to 6 nights accommodation at either the Sheraton or Marriott Hotels in downtown Toronto from Sunday 19 July 2026 to Friday 24 July 2026. Note: National General Secretaries (NGS) and voting delegates will also receive Saturday 18 July accommodation as well as breakfast and lunch on 19 July.

Take advantage of our Early Bird payment plan
World YMCA has launched an interest free payment plan for the World Council Early Bird registration fee. To secure the Early Bird price, registered participants will be required to pay a minimum 25% deposit by 31 December 2025 and up to 3 further instalments due in February, April and June 2026. Please select the instalment plan as part of the registration process. If you have already registered you can change your payment preference by logging back into your registration before 19 December.
The tables below illustrate the payment plan for full early bird and discounted early bird rates where no additional room nights or upgrades are purchased.

All banking fees must be covered by the individual or YMCA National Movement paying the registration fee. Fewer payments will incur fewer bank fees. If an individual or National Movement wishes to pay in fewer instalments, then the amount to be paid will be the amount outstanding at the date of payment.

Yes. There will be an option at registration for delegates to choose higher class rooms or suites for payment of an additional fee.

National and Local YMCAs will be able to make block bookings of Early Bird registrations. They will then be issued with a unique code which can be applied by their delegates during registration to link the booking with the Early Bird payment received. Please contact worldcouncil@ymca.int to make this request.

No, the discounted rate for these groups are only available prior to 19 December 2025. After that, all delegates will pay the standard rate. World YMCA’s Travel Subsidy Policy will remain in effect. See details below.

You will automatically receive your official invoice by email once you register. If someone else is paying for you (your National Movement, local YMCA, organisation, or partner), forward them the invoice and follow up to ensure payment. Additional details will be available in the registration confirmation email you will receive.

When you register, the confirmation email will include a visa registration package along with instructions on how to apply. More details can be found on the Visa Information page.

Please check your email SPAM or quarantined emails before contacting World YMCA. Your confirmation email will come from worldcouncil@ymca.int. The email is sent out by the Cvent system once your registration is confirmed.
Subsidies
Following its Travel Subsidy Policy, World YMCA offers travel subsidies for two representatives for a YMCA National Movement which meets the eligibility criteria. This policy does not include Change Agent subsidies which are dealt with separately through direct communication with eligible individuals.
To meet the travel subsidy criteria any YMCA National Movement listed in Group 2 or Group 3 must have paid all outstanding debts for years up to and including 2024 by 31 December 2025 and all debts for financial year 2025 by no later than 5 April 2026. Any National Movement that is suspended or not in good standing regarding Fair Share payments by 5 April 2026 will not be eligible for a travel subsidy.
Travel subsidies must be for YMCA National Movement voting delegates, and will consist of:
Group 2 countries
Flights booked through World YMCA for travel to and from Toronto.
No subsidy for registration fee, food or accommodation. Total cost CAD 3150 per person.
Group 3 countries
Flights booked through World YMCA for travel to and from Toronto.
Food and Accommodation costs.
In line with the Policy, the registration fee and standard visa costs are not covered. Total registration cost CAD 850 per person.
Discount codes for two subsidised delegates will be issued to each eligible Group 3 YMCA National Movement that meets the Travel Subsidy Policy. The discount code will reduce the final registration fee to CAD 850.
Please note that - to minimise costs - World YMCA will aim to book all eligible subsidised flights no later than 17 April 2026. Travel bookings after 17 April will only be made in exceptional circumstances.
