Quiet & Reflection Spaces
Quiet room
A quiet space designed to have a calming effect to support delegates who may experience sensory overload or who simply need a pause in their day. It offers a low-stimulus environment with reduced noise, softer lighting and minimal visual distractions.
All Delegates are welcome to use this space to rest, regulate, reflect or take a moment away at any time through the busyness of the scheduled events.
Multi-faith observance room
A space where people of any religious beliefs are welcome to spend time in quiet contemplation, meditation or prayer.
Waterfall Garden at the Sheraton Centre
Delegates can step into the hotel’s unique waterfall garden — a peaceful outdoor courtyard tucked right within the conference centre complex. The landscaped space features cascading waterfalls, lush greenery, walking paths, and seating areas, offering a quiet place to recharge, take informal meetings, or simply get some fresh air without ever leaving the venue. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, the garden creates a calm, natural retreat that feels removed from the energy of the city and conference environment.
Spirit Garden
The Toronto Spirit Garden offers delegates a meaningful outdoor gathering and reflection space in the heart of downtown at Nathan Phillips Square. Situated between the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel and Toronto Marriott City Centre Hotel, the garden provides an accessible place to step outside, reconnect, and recharge throughout the week without travelling away from the conference area.
The Spirit Garden will feature a sacred fire with dedicated fire keepers present, creating a welcoming and culturally grounded environment for quiet reflection, conversation, ceremony, and community connection. Surrounded by the energy of downtown Toronto yet intentionally designed as a contemplative space, it offers delegates an opportunity to experience fresh air, calm, and moments of pause between conference sessions.
The Spirit Garden will be available throughout the week for delegates to attend, from the Welcome Ceremony to the Closing Ceremony.
